Who We Are

We are a team of seasoned programmers and e-commerce entrepreneurs with decades of experience in dropshipping, wholesale, and warehousing. Over the years, we have processed tens of millions of dollars in online orders through our own websites and platforms like eBay, Amazon, etc., built proprietary software used by multi-million-dollar companies, and helped many others start and grow successful e-commerce businesses.

What is Profit Sharing?

Profit sharing is a simple way to work together so that both parties benefit from the success of a business. Instead of paying upfront fees or hiring a team yourself, you share a percentage of the profits generated. This creates a low-risk model where incentives are fully aligned: when the business grows, everyone wins.

Here's how it works:

  • We manage the business, handling operations, growth, and strategy.
  • You retain ownership of the business and approve major decisions.
  • Profits generated by the business are split according to the agreed-upon percentage.
  • You never pay us upfront; we only earn when the business earns.

Our calculation of "profit" deducts all costs directly related to running the business in partnership with our team before the profit split.

This Includes:

  • Product Costs
  • Shipping Costs
  • Marketplace Fees
  • Paid Marketing (must be documented and approved)
  • Payment Processing
  • Returns, Refunds, or Chargebacks
  • Any other costs directly related to the partnership

To keep things clear and transparent:

  • Expenses outside our scope, like employees you hire, accounting, legal, rent, utilities, or other independent costs, are not deducted from the profit shared with our team.
  • All calculations are clearly documented, so you always know how the profit is determined.
  • Marketing expenses must be pre-approved and verified with receipts and platform reports to ensure fairness.
  • Profit sharing only applies to products managed by our team. Similarly, only marketing expenses related to the products we manage will be considered for deductions. Any other parts of your business will not affect the shared profit calculation.
  • If any unexpected costs directly related to our partnership arise, we will review them with you before making any decisions or deductions.

This structure ensures that both parties are motivated to maximize success. You benefit from our expertise and systems without taking on the usual risks of running a business, while we are rewarded as the business grows.

Example Profit Calculation

  • Total Revenue: $10,000
  • − Product Cost: $4,000
  • − Shipping: $500
  • − Marketplace Fees: $600
  • − Marketing (approved/documented): $400
  • − Payment Processing: $200
  • − Returns / Refunds / Chargebacks: $200
  • + Supplier Credits / Discounts: $100
  • = Profit to Split: $4,200

Active Partner Plan: You receive 70% = $2,940 | Our team 30% = $1,260

Passive Partner Plan: You receive 30% = $1,260 | Our team 70% = $2,940

The Truth About Dropshipping

Dropshipping has been around since the mid-1800s, starting with mail-order catalogs and later becoming a key part of major retailers' strategies. Even today, big-box stores like Best Buy or Lowe's often dropship large items. When you buy a washer or dryer they don't stock, it usually ships straight from the manufacturer to your home, even though it looks like it came from the store.

The idea is simple:

  • A supplier has thousands of products but can't sell them all directly.
  • A dropshipper agrees to list and sell those products online.
  • When a customer buys, the dropshipper forwards the order to the supplier.
  • The supplier ships the product directly to the customer.

The dropshipper doesn't need to buy inventory upfront, they only pay the supplier after making a sale. That low-risk structure has powered commerce for over a century, long before eBay, Amazon, or Shopify made it mainstream.

Why Most People Fail at Dropshipping

While the model is proven, many newcomers fail early on due to common misconceptions. These mistakes give the entire industry a bad reputation, when the real issue is poor execution, lack of systems, and unrealistic expectations:

  • Chasing Trends: Relying on fads instead of building a sustainable product base.
  • Get-Rich-Quick Thinking: Expecting overnight results with little effort.
  • Influencer Myth: Believing only large followings guarantee success.
  • No Inventory Management: Constant cancellations due to unsynced stock.
  • Marketplace Restrictions: Not knowing some brands block sales on Amazon/eBay.
  • Rule Violations: Getting suspended by ignoring platform policies.
  • No Brand Strategy: Skipping promotions, niche-building, or brand identity.
  • Wrong Suppliers: Working with middlemen or retailers instead of true wholesalers or manufacturers.

In short: success requires building systems, choosing the right suppliers, and treating it like a real business.

Dropshipping Done Right

Some of the biggest names in retail have built or scaled their businesses using this exact model:

  • Wayfair: Started by listing supplier products and still relies on dropshipping for a large share of its catalog.
  • Amazon Marketplace: Millions of third-party sellers use dropshipping arrangements with manufacturers and distributors.
  • Zulily: Built its flash-sale model by partnering with suppliers who ship directly to customers.
  • Overstock: Scaled by using supplier partnerships to offer tens of thousands of products without stocking them all.
  • Chewy: Especially for oversized or specialty items, many orders ship directly from suppliers rather than warehouses.

These examples prove that dropshipping isn't a gimmick, it's a proven fulfillment method trusted by startups and billion-dollar enterprises alike. The difference lies in execution, systems, and strategy.
